Shipping & Returns
If you have a problem with your item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product. An Applications Engineer will get in touch to help troubleshoot. If it is determined that you need to return the unit, we will provide a Returns Material Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
When you place an order, we will provide a shipping cost estimate and typical lead time based on the items and your location. If you prefer, you can provide your own shipping collect account and we will ship against that. Just select the appropriate option on checkout and we will get in touch to arrange this.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The gross weight of any item (including packaging) can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
